Cancellation conditions
Please note, if cancelled, 20 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 1.00 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.
